Processing Time. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates. We ship to Spain, the rest of the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

 

European Union: standard shipping, 5 to 8 business days, flat rate 4.99 EUR.

United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and United Kingdom: standard shipping, 5 to 8 business days, free on qualifying orders.

 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays outside our control.

 

Tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package until it arrives.

 

Customs and Import Duties. For international orders outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
